NCEG 10th International Juried Exhibition Entry Form

Please complete this form to enter work in this exhibition for jurying:

Step 1. Complete the artist information.
Step 2. Select your images to upload online; one or two entries may be entered; each entry will include an image and may have a second optional detail image.
Step 3. Indicate your membership in NCEG. You can send entries for jurying, but if selected, you must be a NCEG member to participate in the show.
Step 4. Submit this entry with the "Submit" button at the botton of this form. The artist information and the images will be uploaded to the NCEG chair.
Step 5. Pay - put a check in the mail or use PayPal. Entry fee: $25 for one or two entries. . Your entry application and entry fee must be received by April 19, 2010

ATTENTION: complete the required* information or your entry will be rejected. Do NOT use the "Enter" key or your entry will be sent prematurely and you will have to start over --- Do use the tab or mouse to move to each field before typing and finally when you have completed the form then select the "Submit" button to send the entry(s). Step 2. Digital image selection:

For each work you wish to enter, you need to select the image file of that work on your computer using the Browse button. The images must be in jpg format at 300 dpi with the longest dimension between 5 and 7 inches (1500-2100 pixels). Once selected, then enter all fields to complete the description for that entry. No images are uploaded until you select the Submit button at the end of the form. You can change an image by selecting the Browse button again to select a difference image. This entry form can be submitted to include all images or submitted individually for each entry- but if you submit separately then be sure that the Entry is different in each entry, i.e. submit Entry 1 in one submission then Entry 2 in the second submission. The final set of images received will be accepted as the submission.

ATTENTION:All information for each entry is required except for the detail image which is optional. If you do not complete the information for an entry then your submission will be rejected and you will have to resubmit.

WARNING: The image size must be no larger than 2 megabytes. If the size is greater than 2 megabytes then it will fail to upload without warning!!!

Step 3. Please indicate your current status

Please indicate if you are a current member of NCEG or not. You can send entries for jurying without being a member, but if selected, you must be a NCEG member to participate in the show. Artists who have been accepted to the show and are not already members can join at the reduced rate of $12.50 (choose after June 1 rate).

WARNING: The file upload will take several minutes depending on the number of files entered. Once the Submit button is selected then do not cancel or you will interrupt the upload and may be locked out for a short time before being able to get back on this site. Step 5. Send fee

Entry fee: $25 for one or two entries. If you are sending a check, be sure to include the membership fees if any. The check must be received by the entry deadline to be accepted.
