NCEG 11th International Juried Exhibition Entry Form

Entry Form

Please complete this form to enter work in this exhibition for jurying:

Step 1. Complete the Artist Information.
Step 2. Select your images to upload online; one, two, or three entries may be entered; each entry will include an image and may have a second optional detail image.
Step 3. Join or renew your membership to NCEG if desired. You do not need to be a NCEG member to participate in the show.
Step 4. Submit this entry with the "Submit" button at the botton of this form. The artist information and the images will be uploaded to the NCEG chair.
Step 5. Pay - Your entry application and entry fee must be received by April 6, 2012. Entry fee: $25 for one, two, or three entries for NCEG members; $35 for one, two, or three entries for non-members. The NCEG accepts payments thru PayPal with a credit card or a PayPal account. Your entry fee will be submitted with the entry form unless you are unable to pay thru PayPal. In this case, please contact the Exhibition Chair Judy Stone.

Step 1. Artist Information

ATTENTION: complete the required* information or your entry will be rejected. Do NOT use the "Enter" key or your entry will be sent prematurely and you will have to start over --- Do use the tab or mouse to move to each field before typing and finally when you have completed the form then select the "Submit" button to send the entry(s). If you live in a foreign country then the "Address" field descriptions will not match your address - please fill in all the fields with your address content in any way you wish making sure that ALL the fields (ie "street", "city", "state", "zip" and "country") have content. Step 2. Digital Image Selection

For each work you wish to enter, you need to select the image file of that work on your computer using the Browse button. The images must be in jpg format at 300 dpi with the longest dimension between 5 and 7 inches (1500-2100 pixels). Once selected, then enter all fields to complete the description for that entry. No images are uploaded until you select the Submit button at the end of the form. You can change an image by selecting the Browse button again to select a difference image. This entry form can be submitted to include all images or submitted individually for each entry- but if you submit separately then be sure that the Entry is different in each entry, i.e. submit Entry 1 in one submission then Entry 2 in the second submission, etc. The final set of images received will be accepted as the submission.

ATTENTION:All information for each entry is required except for the detail image which is optional. If you do not complete the information for an entry then your submission will be rejected and you will have to resubmit.

You do not need to be a member of NCEG to participate in the show. Please select your membership status:

Step 4. Send the Entry Form and Images.

By submitting this enty you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as set forth in the prospectus of this exhibition.

Step 5. Send Entry Fee

If you have joined or renewed your NCEG membership in Step 3 then include your membership fee in the payment selection.

Your entry application and entry fee must be received by April 6, 2012 to be accepted.
